At BankUnited, Inc. (“BankUnited”), we are always working to increase accessibility and usability for all of our customers, including people who are visually impaired, hearing impaired, or have other disabilities.
Upon request, we are able to provide, at no cost to you, the following services: information reformatting for our checks and statements; communicating with you by exchanging written notes or sign language interpreters, as needed; relay calls via a TTY/TDD service; reader services; and talking ATMs with voice instructions, to name a few.
We strive to meet online usability requirements and continue to invest in our website’s design to help customers identify, interpret, understand and interact with the information that is presented on our websites and mobile app.
